How can I trust your product quality?

As with any new vendor you should do your own research. We are not in business to short change or make a quick buck. We have tons of glowing reviews and a long list of happy customers. To give our new customers extra confidence, we offer a no-gimmick refund guarantee.

Are your products lab-tested?

Each batch of kratom we receive is 3rd party lab tested. We are happy to supply the test results to any customer that inquires, however, the lab name and contact info will be removed for privacy reasons.

How fast will my order be delivered?

USPS Priority takes 2-3 days on average. USPS Express is 1-2 days on average. If we ship on the same day you order, you can expect your order to arrive within that window of time. We cannot always get the order out the same day if you order later on in the day (after 2 pm MST). Also, we do not ship Saturdays and Sundays so if you order on a Saturday or Sunday you will have to wait until the following Monday for your order to ship. It is best to order earlier on in the day and before weekends for the fastest delivery time. USPS delays may also vary but usually, they are pretty fast.

How do I get a refund?

After you have requested a refund on the contact page, the service rep will respond with a confirmation. We may request for you return the product first, in that case, the rep will email you instruction on how to do so.

We ship all orders through USPS.

How do I track shipment progress?

Once you receive an email from us that your order has been shipped, simply click on the link in the email to track your order, using the shipment number in the email. Information is generally available on the evening of the date the package was shipped. Note that shipping numbers are provided to us by the carriers, and we cannot be responsible for errors on the part of our carriers, or for the content on their websites. Please, be aware that the USPS provides only a delivery confirmation service for some remote destinations, not a tracking service. Confirmation of delivery or attempted delivery is always provided.

How does the 30 day money back work?

It is as simple as it sounds. No gimmicks or catch. If you are unsatisfied with the Kratom you receive for any reason, you can return it for a full refund. We do require you to return the product to us before we process your refund.
